Junior Support Engineer
Function
After a period of on-the-job training you will work independently solving technical problems for our clients. You will follow-up on small modifications and adjustments. Based on a defined plan, you will execute maintenance actions as well as preventive inspections. You will assist in the final editing process of “as-built” offers on projects. You will also be assisting in the final delivery tests of new projects. On a monthly basis you will be on standby 24h/24h for one week to deliver first line support via telephone, modem and onsite intervention.
Profile
- you are a starter and have a degree in Industrial Engineering Electro or Electro-Mechanics or you have a first experience in an industrial environment
- you are bi-lingual, Dutch and English; a good knowledge of French is an advantage
- you are willing to take up standby responsibilities 1 week per month 24h/24h (monthly rotation)
- you have planning and organisation skills, you are stress resistant, assertive and customer oriented
- you have strong administrative skills and are a good communicator
- you are willing to travel
- you are in a possession of a driving licence B
